FAQ
QUESTION I
QUESTION II
QUESTION III
What is the difference between a planner and a coordinator?
A wedding planner handles the entire wedding planning process from start to finish, including creative design, vendor selection, budget management, and day-of coordination. A wedding coordinator (day-of coordinator) primarily focuses on executing the plans and logistics for the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and handling any issues that may arise.
My venue has a coordinator included in our contract, do I need a day of coordinator?
Yes! While on-site venue coordinators are essential for managing the venue's services and facilities, a separate day-of coordinator ensures that all aspects of your wedding day, both at the venue and beyond, come together seamlessly according to your vision. Having both can provide an extra layer of support and attention to detail that can enhance your overall wedding experience.
When do we begin working together?
The starting times for our services vary depending on the package you choose. For full and partial planning, we begin our work once all parties have signed the contract and submitted the deposit. For the day of coordination package, we begin five weeks prior to your wedding date.
